Are you looking for something new and creative? This is an open level class. This class will take you on a journey of dance throughout the session. Three different genres will be taught to explore the art of musicality, style, fluidity, choreography and skill. Hip Hop, Jazz and Improv are the focus of this class. Bring your energy!

Get ready to unleash your inner artist with "The Art Lab" hosted by the Tall Grass Arts Association! Week 1 kicks off with an "Introduction to Art," a perfect starting point for all skill levels. Week 2 dives into the vibrant world of acrylic painting. Week 3 gets crafty with collage, and finally, Week 4 lets you get hands-on with bead sculpting and stringing. It's a fantastic opportunity to discover new passions and hone your artistic skills!

Calling all young trendsetters! Young and Tailored hosted by King Klothing is an inspiring program designed to introduce kids to the exciting world of fashion. Through hands on activities and fun lessons, children will explore their creativity, learn about colors, fabrics, styles and discover how fashion can be a way to express who they are! Each child will have their moment to shine on the runway with a fashion show at the end of each session.

Rooted in Success is a 5-part masterclass that helps youth transform creative ideas into purpose-driven business concepts. Through interactive tools, mindfulness, teamwork, and public speaking, students gain the confidence to develop and present their vision. Each participant leaves with a simple business plan, a final pitch presentation, and a certificate of completion planting the seeds for future CEOs, change makers, and conscious leaders.

Get ready to move, groove and have a blast in our Jazz 101 class. Perfect for beginners. This high energy class will introduce dancers to the basic elements of jazz dance - from sharp kicks and smooth turns to funky steps and big leaps. No experience needed - just bring your energy, enthusiasm, and love for dance!

Registration Deadline: 1 week prior

Learn basic harmonica techniques. Learn to play clear single notes, tongue blocking, and play within the 12 bar blues progression. We will also cover bending notes, octaves and more. No musical experience is required. Bring a C diatonic harmonica, a desire to play the blues and your ears. Clement Bashir instructs the class.
